There are currently media reports concerning two companies whose names bear a similarity to that of the KINGSTONE Group: Kingstone Capital Holding AG (Switzerland) and Kingstone Capital Holding Limited (Dubai).

Notwithstanding the similarity in name, there are no corporate, economic, contractual or personal relationships whatsoever between the two aforementioned companies and KINGSTONE Investment Management GmbH or any of the affiliated companies of the KINGSTONE Group.

KINGSTONE Investment Management, headquartered in Munich, was founded by the Schomberg family and continues to be managed to a significant extent by members of the family. The aforementioned companies are entirely independent of the KINGSTONE Group.
