KINGSTONE Real Estate is an independent, family-run investment manager headquartered in Munich with a focus on real estate investments in the DACH region, Poland and the Benelux countries. With our local offices and teams, we manage real estate portfolios of around EUR 1 billion in total.

Our strength lies in the structuring and management of customized investment solutions from portfolio management to project development for institutional and private investors – including insurance companies, pension funds, banks, foundations and family offices. Bärbel Schomberg FRICS

Bärbel Schomberg has been for more than 40 years active in real estate asset management, fund management and restructuring of real estate portfolios. Bärbel was holding leading positions in the German real estate fund industry within Commerzbank, Dresdner Bank, SEB and Allianz Real Estate as well as Aberdeen Asset Management. Over the past decade, Bärbel Schomberg has been involved in some of the largest commercial real estate deals in Germany.

Bärbel Schomberg has served on several real estate advisory boards and has held senior positions in leading real estate interest groups:

Tim Schomberg (Volljurist, Promotion über REITs) ist seit mehr als 12 Jahren in der Immobilienwirtschaft in den Bereichen Investment Management, Asset Management und im Dienst von institutionellen Investoren tätig. Vor Gründung von KINGSTONE IM war er als Head of Business Development Institutionals bei Catella Real Estate in München tätig und leitete den institutionellen Vertrieb sowie die Produktentwicklung institutioneller Investmentvehikel.

Philipp Schomberg (BA, MSc)

Co-Founder, Executive Partner

Philipp Schomberg has been active in real estate banking, asset management and investment management for over 11 years. During his career he has executed on multi-billion EUR real estate investments / developments across Europe and all asset classes. While having a pan-European investment background, Philipp has always been very much focused on the German and CEE real estate markets. He initiated and executed several Joint Venture and Co-Investment strategies in Germany and CEE – including retail, light industrial, residential and office investments.
