- KINGSTONE Real Estate strengthens asset management team
Munich, 11.08.2022 – The real estate investment manager, KINGSTONE Real Estate, has hired Melanie Drexler as Director of Asset Management and Sabrina Klamminger as Senior Asset Manager. Both will report directly to Paul H. Muno, Managing Director of KINGSTONE Real Estate.
The risks of buying Viagra and Cialis online
There are a few risks associated with buying ED medication online. One of the biggest risks is that you won’t be receiving a genuine product. With counterfeiting on the rise, you may find that the medication you receive isn’t Viagra or Cialis at all. Instead, you may receive a cheap imitation with dangerous side effects. If you’re buying Viagra or Cialis online, it’s important to make sure you’re buying from a reputable pharmacy. There are also some legal risks to consider when you’re buying online, depending on where you’re from. In the U.S. and the EU, it’s legal to buy and sell medications online. In many other countries, it’s illegal to do so. Before you order from an online pharmacy, make sure you know if it’s legal and safe to do so. If it isn’t, you may run the risk of getting into trouble with the law.
Melanie Drexler joins from Invesco Real Estate: As Senior Associate Asset Management her responsibilities included properties in various asset classes in pan-European open-ended real estate funds. In addition, she gained extensive professional experience in asset management at Catella Real Estate, as well as in the fields of lease management (commercial real estate) and real estate development. Besides a real estate-focused bachelor’s degree in business administration, she also holds a master’s degree from IREBS International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg.
Sabrina Klamminger previously served as an Asset Manager in Real Estate Commercial at OFFICEFIRST Real Estate. There she was responsible, among other things, for proactive asset management, including lease management, and integrated property management in the sales process. Prior to this, she spent several years in charge of various institutional fund vehicles at Corpus Sireo Real Estate Management GmbH (today: Swiss Life Asset Managers), as well as the Southern Germany portfolio of the Canadian REIT from Dream Global. Sabrina Klamminger is a certified real estate manager and also holds a degree as a “Bachelor Professional of Real Estate Management and Operations (CCI).”
Paul H. Muno, Managing Director of KINGSTONE Real Estate, says: “With Melanie Drexler and Sabrina Klamminger, we have gained two supremely qualified colleagues. I am delighted that we are bolstering our growth course with these additions to our team. Their experience in the integrated management of institutional real estate investment vehicles will assist us greatly in maintaining and further improving the quality of our asset management.”
